Doi Inathon National Park has so much to offer from its extraordinary views to unique experiences. It’s one of the beautiful national parks in Thailand, and it is also the highest mountain in Thailand. The park has long been home to settlements of Northern Hilltribes, allowing these unique villages to maintain their traditional cultures. Doi Inthanon is located approximately 90 km from Chiang Mai and will take about 1.5 hours to reach.
Kew Mae Pan Nature Trail is a must-do hiking and trekking trail not to be missed by nature lovers. This short hike led by a Hmong guide, takes you through the pristine forest and hillside for about 3.2 kilometres. Enjoy lush green tropical and evergreen forests, rolling mountainsides, deep valleys, and stunning skies. You will also be able to see incredible wildlife such as rare species of wildflowers (best from December through February) and birds (best from November through March). Please note this can take 2-4 hours depending on your speed.
